Yay! I actually planned my meals this week! This summer is FLYING by and I am just now catching up on things. Here is my plan for this week.Monday - Vegetable soup
Tuesday - Chicken with homemade pesto, sauteed squash & zucchini, and brown rice.
Wednesday - Quesadillas
Thursday - Chicken salad
Friday - Pizza with whole wheat crust
Saturday - Spaghetti
Sunday - Meatloaf, boiled red potatoes, and salad.
I am going to be getting my propane tank filled this week so that I can start grilling! We haven't grilled anything yet this summer and I am eager to get going ;o). For more menu ideas, please see Laura at Orgjunkie.com.
