
It has been a long time since I did a full week of meal planning. Today is a new day and we are getting back on track! I'm kinda glad the holidays are over so I can get back into my routines. Here it goes for this week:
Monday: Chicken/potato soup
Tuesday: "Breakfast" dinner. Eggs and bacon. I have another daughter getting braces today and we needed something soft!
Wednesday: Santa Fe Casserole Bake
Thursday: Mixed bean soup & corn bread
Friday: Stuffed Chicken Breast
Saturday: Grilled cheese sandwiches, soup, and salad.
Sunday: Turkey (one of my cheap-o turkeys I got during the Thanksgiving season, I have four of them in the freezer-one per month during the winter and early spring).
