When we got married 15 years ago, we really didn't know each other that well. That may sound a little strange but we really didn't. We were two unsaved people who met on a blind date 6 months prior to our wedding date. I thought if things didn't work out, we could just get divorced in a year or so. Sadly, this was my thought process back then. We were already expecting our first baby and wanted to make the best of our situation.
Praise the Lord, 3 years after we married, we were both born again (within a few months of each other) and our lives changed! About a year after getting saved, we went to a marriage conference and really learned how to have a godly marriage. I can honestly say, we love each other so much more now...fifteen years later. I am ready for the next fifteen!
